Hi, Greg here! Just a quick review of the sites and tools I recommend for email AutoResponders, Web Hosting and Domain Names - simply click each Banner or Link for more information!
First Things First...
You need 3 things to start your Web Business - just 3 things - + a Domain Name + a Hosting Account + an Autoresponder
Here are my recommendations for these and more...
Domain Names:
While I don't like some of GoDaddy's advertising choices, they are the premiere Domain Registration company on the web - in fact, even if you THINK you're registering with someone else, they are likely using GoDaddy to book your domain for you.
Hosting Account:
A2 Hosting does a great job, providing dependable hosting with Solid State Drives (SSD) - which means FAST! If you just need one domain you can host with them for as less than $7.oo per month. For Unlimited Domains, Unlimited Bandwidth and more, the SWIFT plan is the most cost-effective option at around $10 monthly. And - for an even faster environment, the Turbo plan is what you want - and it's less than $19.oo per month. Click this link, then on the site click SHARED HOSTING, choose your plan and click the ORDER OW button.
Autoresponder:
AWeber is a great AutoResponder - there are others, but AWeber is excellent and offers good training and support, and is making great strides to update their platform as well!
Other Helpful Items...
WordPress Themes:
Optimize Press is the top choice for serious marketers - with loads of features allow you to create your site, blog and more using drag-and-drop tools. Their array of templates is amazing.
One of the best Theme groups I've run across is Elegant Themes. I particularly like the Divi Theme, which is both powerful and simple to use - it has a drag-and-drop interface. Best of all - you currently get all 87 Themes for just $69!
Dictation Software:
Dragon Naturally Speaking from Nuance is an amazing software that allows you to dictate by voice, creating Word, Excel and other documents. I find it’s primary value to be that my writing appears much more fluid, more natural. It also offers voice controls for your PC.
For an inexpensive Lapel Mic with great sound quality, I use this Audio-Technica model:
Here's a great adapter to make the above lapel mic (and others) work with your phone!
For headsets for on-screen recording or Skype calls, there is not a better headset for even double the price than this Beyerdynamic:
Solid, low-cost wireless option headset for Skype calls in a noisy environment:
When it comes to microphones, there are two that stand above the crowd, and both are made by Blue.
The Yeti has some additional features like a mute button, but I still use my Snowball every day - at half the cost!
As far as desktop stands go, this one provides great balance with the extension length and it is very stable.
How about a flexible support stand for your phone, with multiple bases?
Here's the laptop docking station I use to provide more USB outs and drive 2 additional monitors!
I do use all of these companies in my personal business, I recommend them and have an affiliate relationship with each of them.
