The following product recommendations are based on discussions about your business direction.  Please ask any questions you would like to clarify these recommendations.

First Things First... The reason to choose good, solid products is that you are building a long-term business.  Making sure that the tool does the job, the companies that produce them are sound and their product support is solid is key, since you'll be working with them for some time to come. My assumption is that you have a solid and relatively current PC or Mac desktop of laptop.  Much of this software runs on your web server, but some items like recording software, headphones and microphones have certain system requirements - most are met by even basic this-generation PCs and Macs. There are 3 MUST HAVE things you need to start ANY Web Business... + a Domain Name + a Hosting Account + an Autoresponder

Here are my recommendations for these (just click any image to be taken to the page)...

Domain Names:

Obviously, you're not in the market for new domains.  We discussed the two you currently have, those being www.coachingmh.com and powerfultips.info.

These appear to be registered with GoDaddy, and that is my recommendation for a Registrar.

Hosting Account:

You mentioned that your host is currently in Slovenia.  The load times for your pages are a bit slow - almost twice as long as I would expect for simple pages.  This may be due to a number of factors, including a slow theme or large images, for example.

If we make the changes to Optimize Press and we optimize the load times but still find that the page load times are slow, it may be appropriate to seek a faster host.  This may not be necessary, and I would not make a change unless we determine it is needed.

If a change is needed, A2 Hosting does a great job, providing dependable hosting with Solid State Drives - which means FAST!  If you just need one domain you can host with them for as less than $4.oo per month. For Unlimited Domains, Unlimited Bandwidth and an even faster environment, the Turbo plan is what you want - and it's less than $10.oo per month. Click this link, then on the site click WEB HOSTING and choose the SWIFT or TURBO plan.

 Autoresponder:

Although you're currently using MailChimp, we talked about the low deliverability rates compared to other Autoresponders.

AWeber is a great AutoResponder - there are others, but AWeber is excellent and offers good training and support, as well.  It would be my recommendation for your business.

WordPress Theme:

Optimize Press is the top choice for serious marketers - with loads of features allow you to create your site, blog and more using drag-and-drop tools. Their array of templates is amazing, and I think it is a very good option for your business. The lowest cost pricing allows you to use the OP Theme on up to 3 sites - so it will work for your 2 existing sites and you'll have one license to spare for future growth.

Scheduling Software:

The best option in this space is Acuity, an online software that allows you to embed your scheduler on your site.  They now have a free version of this software, but it has some limitations.

The $10 per month version allows you to create "buffer time" between appointments, sync with your Google Calendar (or other calendars) and sends automatic email reminders to your clients.  It can even allow you to accept payments if you'd like.

Membership Site Software:

This is something to consider for later on, using a membership site to control access to content you create, to deliver products you create, or simply build a community for recurring income generation.

There are a number of good programs in this space, but I find that WishList is the best value.  While it can be very powerful, the basic features most people need are relatively simple to learn and manage, and there it is a one-time purchase as opposed to a monthly fee.  (there is a low-cost annual support fee, but that's it)

On the Hardware Front...

I did not notice audio issues with your existing equipment, but I wasn't paying close attention.  I'm including this information just in case you need it.

 Microphones / Headsets:

The least expensive one-purchase option for all purposes - on-screen recording, interviews or Skype calls, there is not a better headset for even triple the price than this Beyerdynamic.  It has great audio and mic quality combined.

OPTIONAL - Microphones:

These are not a requirement.  You may want to invest in one of these once you see a bit of success, because there is a significant difference in microphone quality.

I do use all of these companies in my business, and that's why I highly recommend them and have an affiliate relationship with each of them.  I can make additional recommendations, but, based on our discussions, these are the best of the best for both features and value.
