The Big IDEA – can you believe it’s Week 15?

We’re talking about Engagement, and more specifically how to Engage our community on Facebook, the Social Media giant!

We’ve spent the last couple of weeks talking about Facebook, and by now I hope you’ve created both your personal profile and your fan page. These two sides of Facebook work together to create the presence that our community interacts with.

You’ll remember that our personal profile were more social, a bit more personal and intimate. Our fan page will be providing content that is relative to our community, their wants and needs.

This week, let’s dive into this with a bit of video – it will allow me to explain it in a bit more detail, and for you to follow along on screen as we actually work within Facebook.

If you’ve watched the video, I’m sure you’re beginning to understand how Facebook can be an amazingly powerful tool to Engage our audience. It combines the aspects of social interaction and the community voice that are so important to building relationships with the people that we want to become our customers.
